Besides the price of an individual dwelling and its additional elements, the purchaser shall pay:
- The Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate at the moment of the purchase.
- The Stamp Duty (AJD by its Spanish abbreviation) at the applicable rate at the execution of the sale deed.
- Notary fees and Estate Registry expenses.
- Any other relevant tax and/or duty that must be paid by the purchaser under the law.
